* You agree not to use, copy, distribute or commercially exploit content found on this website without the prior written consent as permitted by this agreement, by law or with our prior written consent.

* You understand and agree that clickandtrip.com.au may report any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.

We may cancel your registration at any time, for any reason and without prior notice, at our sole discretion. If you have already purchased a package, we will email you a copy of any confirmation before cancelling registration.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, fees for change and cancellation of your booking are payable by you and are not always levied by the in-destination provider. Change fees are calculated in accordance with our standard fees and set out below. Individual trip and airline cancellation fees are noted under each Trip page.

Airfare and itinerary changes will incur a fee of $100 per booking in addition to travel service provider fees.

Some trip cancellations may vary, so be sure to check individual trip cancellation policies.

These fees cover the reasonable, direct and indirect costs and processing time associated with managing changes to, or cancellations of your booking. You will also be responsible for any increase in pricing that may occur as a result of your change request.

If you need to change any aspect of your booking, please let us know immediately by logging into ‘My Account’ and selecting the ‘Amendments’ button, start a chat with one of our representatives or contact the dedicated WhatsApp emergency team number so we can work with you to find a solution. Any fees for such change or cancellation must be made via debit or credit card and will attract the applicable credit card surcharge.

For specials or non-refundable bookings, Click and Trip do not provide refunds for cancellations or changes.

Click and Trip respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personally identifiable information that you share with us. This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by Click and Trip via the website located at clickandtrip.com.au

What is “personal information”?
The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) currently defines “personal information” as meaning information or an opinion about an identified individual or an individual who is reasonably identifiable:

* Whether the information or opinion is true or not; and

* Whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not

If the information does not disclose your identity or enable your identity to be ascertained, it will in most cases not be classified as “personal information” and will not be subject to this privacy policy.

What information do we collect? 

We collect two types of information: personal information and anonymous site usage data. We collect personal information when you register with us for a membership account, book our travel services, complete a survey/quiz or otherwise communicate with us via e-mail or telephone. We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you visit our site, such as when you register for one of our services or purchase a ticket through us which may include your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth or any other identifying information about you. We may also collect non-personal information about what pages are accessed on our website and which products are viewed or purchased by users. We collect this non-personal information through cookies and log files. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit certain websites. Log files record certain information by hosting providers such as IP addresses of visitors, domain names of visitors’ Internet service providers (ISPs) and referring URLs (websites visited just before this one). We customarily disclose personal information only to our service providers who assist us in operating the website. Your personal information may also be exposed from time to time to maintenance and support personnel acting in the normal course of their duties.

If we agree that your complaint is well-founded, we will, in consultation with you, take appropriate steps to rectify the problem. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Overseas transfer

Your personal information may be transferred to recipients located outside of Australia and has data protection laws protect personal information in a way that is at least substantially similar to the Australian Privacy Principles, and there will be mechanisms available to you to enforce protection of your personal information under overseas law. In the circumstances, we do not require overseas recipients to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles and we will not be liable for a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles if your personal information is mishandled.

We try to ensure that the arrangements we make for you are implemented as agreed. Problems encountered should be resolved locally with the supplier (such as the hotel manager, in destination supplier or airline), but if you fail to follow this course, any claim for compensation may be reduced or denied.

If you have any unresolved complaint, details should be lodged in writing (with supporting documentation, including efforts made with the service provider to resolve it) directly to Click and Trip within 30 days of returning home to Australia.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the actions of any supplier, including negligent acts. If you wish to make a complaint in respect of a supplier, you must email that complaint to contact@clickandtrip.com.au

Any disputes arising from our relationship will be handled by the courts in the appropriate state, and you agree to waive your right to object to an action being brought in those courts.

Refunds will only be provided in accordance with our cancellation policy.
